Job Description

We are seeking a senior R&D engineer with extensive expertise in device technology to lead the design and optimization of power semiconductor modules and to contribute to the development of key technologies.

Main Responsibilities

1. Design and optimization of power devices (SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes)

2. Development and evaluation of different structures (trench / planar) and cell architectures

3. Optimize key parameters (Rds(on), Rsp, cell density, switching performance)

4. Analysis and Enhancement of Device Reliability (gate oxide reliability, HTRB, HTGB, TDDB)

5. Evaluate ruggedness (UIS, avalanche, short-circuit capability)

6. Perform TCAD simulations and electrical modeling (SPICE)

7. Collaborate with wafer fabs to integrate processes and optimize yield.

8. Supports product introduction and failure analysis

Eligibility Requirements

1. Degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field

2. Possess experience in the research and development of power semiconductor devices (SiC preferred).

3. Familiar with the physics and design of MOSFET and IGBT devices.

4. Possess experience in TCAD or device simulation.

5. Familiarity with reliability and failure mechanisms

6. Strong English proficiency

Bonus Points Criteria

1. Possesses experience in SiC trench MOSFET design.

2. Familiar with oxide-layer reliability and defect mechanisms.

3. Possess experience in wafer fabrication or process integration.

Job Description
We are seeking a Research and Development Manager to lead the R&D team, drive product development from concept design through to mass-production ramp-up, and define the company’s technology roadmap.

Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the R&D team, allocate resources, and ensure project execution.
2. Lead the development of power semiconductor products (SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, and diodes).
3. Collaborate with wafer fabs and outsourced manufacturers to ensure product manufacturability.
4. Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and cost targets.
5. Support technical issue analysis and product optimization.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
2. Possess experience in semiconductor or power electronics research and development.
3. Familiar with SiC, MOSFET, or IGBT devices.
4. Possesses experience in team management and project management.
5. Good English proficiency

Bonus Points Criteria
1. Possesses experience in SiC component development.
2. Familiar with wafer fabrication or packaging technologies.
3. Possess experience in TCAD or electrical simulation.
